A number of talented young Bahrainis participated in a workshop to learn the art of drawing, as part of the "talent programme of the Spring of Culture festival.
The workshop, titled “Applied Art Today”, was instructed by the Lebanese Artist Ginane Bacho and has been held in "Al Bareh Arts Gallery".
"It is an opportunity to start a professional relationship between the artist and his or her coach." Instructor Bacho commented.
The Workshop focused on drawing as the basis for art, beginning with the participants drawing quick sketches, then portraits, and finishing with critiquing each other’s works.
By the end of the workshop, the talented group drew a painting of 10 meters in length, on the theme of "Manama, the Capital of Culture."
